Description: Piano is in excellent condition. We are the 2nd owner of this piano and purchase from an elderly lady who was moving in 2008. It carried an appraisal of $40,000 in 2008 when we originally purchased it. Our children learned to play on the piano but have moved away, so we no longer use it. It is described as a Steinway and Sons Grand 5' 10" finished in satin black with a serial number of 480024. It was professionally maintained. Available for inspection by appointment. The piano is located near Rice University in central Houston.
