Tuning pin tightness is fine; tested about a half dozen pins and they were all sufficiently tight. I cannot tell whether the pinblock has been treated
Soundboard has stains and cracks (she said it causes no problems)
Piano is near A440; proper pitch
Teflon bushings
Bridges have no visible cracks
