This piano is in very good condition and has been in my possession for about 5 years. I am moving and don't want to pay for the moving costs, so I am selling it instead. I bought it used from a local piano dealer named Jerry Roberson for $1,000 and I am selling it for $600 along with the bench. I haven't played it much, so it sounds like it's in tune, but a more professional ear might judge it better than I can. It has a very solid sound for a smaller piano. I was told by a piano dealer that Chickering is an excellent brand and is a hand-made model, which probably explains its rich sound. All of the keys and pedals work, and it has no scratches on it, so it's also a nice piece of furniture. It's dimensions are 52" long by 23" wide by 40" high. The only drawback is that you have to carry off and transport the piano yourself. If you are coming alone, I can help you navigate it and carry it through the house (I don't want to scratch the walls!), but then you need a truck to drive it off. I'm sure this will be a blessing to someone. I'm sad thinking about giving it up, but I will just have to buy another one when I get to my destination.
