STEINWAY Model B 7' Grand Piano (1951)
I am selling a Steinway Model B 6'11 Satin Ebony Grand Piano serial# 336307 which was
built in 1951. This is a very special model
B as it was selected at the factory by the
world famous pianist William Kapell who
unfortunately died too young in a plane crash
in 1953. Mr. Kapell chose this piano for its
original and only owner and this is the first
time it is on the market. It is in first
class condition with a perfect soundboard
and perfect ivry keys. The bass strings
were just replaced but the hammers are still
original and having been lightly played are
still in excellent condition. You are welcome to have this instrument inspected
by your technician to verify that it is in
first class concert condition. If you play
it, you will hear how great the older B grands were in comparison to the new ones.
Included in this price is shipping to any of the lower
48 states.
