Rebuilt and Refinished in Jan. 1980
Last date of service - April 27, 2012
Piano was tuned at concert pitch and found to be in superior condition.

Restoration details:

Refinish cabinet with hand rubbed satin varnish.
Repair and or veneer damaged areas.
Replace decal.
Refinish bench.
Polish hardware, replace rubber buttons.
Repair and refinish sound board.
Refinish harp.
Polish under string hardware.
Replace all string felt.
Restring piano using copper wound bass strings and nickel plated tuning pins.
Piano action - Recondition, clean adjust and lubricate.
Glue ivory tips.
Refelt, lub and adjust pedals.
Other misc. repairs.
Tune new strings 7 times at shop.
Tuned and checked piano approx. 30 days after delivery.
