Beautiful Steinway Upright
Steinway vertical Piano 48', made in 1878. The action and stringing on 1/0 tuning pins are original, and are currently usable. The natural keys are recovered in plastic. The open face of the 3/4-plate pinblock shows no sign of the twisting or delamination common in pianos of such vintage construction. The rosewood case has a beautiful, professional refinishing. This piano's overall condition is remarkable, given it's age.
