1982 Steinway Model B One Owner All Original

This is a 1984 Model B. Originally purchased in Seattle at Sherman Clay Pianos. This piano has been played every day by the owner and an occasional guest, no children, no music lessons, no chopsticks by non-players. The finish is very fine, keyboard clean with all keys intact. According to 2010 appraisal by a Registered Piano Technician the piano is overall in excellent condition. All parts are original with no non-Steinway aftermarket replacements. Tone is bright and has proper Steinway 'flavor'. Touch weight and action regulation are as per Steinway factory specifications. Case and interior finish are in very good condition. The Soundboard and Bridges are in perfect shape. Hammers show very light wear for this age instrument. This piano does NOT have the teflon product on the hammers, verified by Steinway.
