Victorian Rosewood Steinway A (6'1') grand piano
This lovely parlor grand piano, manufactured by Steinway & Sons in 1891 (serial number 69411), has been carefully rebuilt by The Piano Rebuilders to exacting standards.
The features of its restoration include new soundboard, pinblock, and all that goes with a new belly, refinished case and music desk, thoroughly rebuilt action with best-quality parts and materials, and new mineral plastic keytops (the material of choice for Europe's finest pianos that cannot employ ivory).
Power, subtlety, finesse at pianissimo, dynamic fortissimo, control in repeating notes or trilling. These musical qualities are packaged in an elegant, rosewood case, with a finely scrolled music desk and carved legs.
