International Orders: Small orders going to destinations outside North America are very expensive to ship, and you may be better off ordering through a local bookstore. Note that, due to a quirk in shipping prices, if you are ordering exactly two books to be shipped outside North America, you will save money by placing two separate orders, one book per order.
Sales tax of 7.50% will be added to books shipped to a California address.
